We have a WiFi-enabled smart lock on our front door and we change the lock code for each guest.

So, there is no traffic.

Our cabin is easy to find.
There is ample parking in front of the cabin. Plenty of space for 4 or more cars. Also, there’s plenty of room to park a boat and get in and out of the driveway easily.

📌 We have a very strict no-pet policy as well as a six-person max occupancy policy. These will be monitored closely. If either of these rules is broken during the stay… You will be asked politely to leave and the trip will be canceled.

📌 USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft and to make sure our pet-free and no-parties policies are being adhered to. We have 1 camera at the front door and 1 on each side of the cabin and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
